CNY Backlog.

Back with my CNY backlog.
It's been a hastily week period for me.
I have been out of Singapore all these while.
Before CNY, was to Jiangsu, after CNY, was to Shanghai.

Guess I will pretty much summarize up and let the photos do most of the talking since it has already been quite some time back.

Met up with cousin xuanz and Fan for Suki-Ya Steamboat the other time.
I can never have enough with my fav sister because no matter how long later, we will still end up having lots of topics to talk about.



Also met up with dearest Lu at Bugis + Poulet.
Food wasnt as awesome but the accompany from her was the most fabulous one.


CNY Day 4 was the day when we went over to Boss's house and had a tad lots of fun with our usual band group. I was pulled out to sing again along with beibei but I must say, music is really enjoyable! Still remember those rehearsals we had to practice for D&D. It was really tough to sing along with the live band.

Being the sweetest always , I prepared below for my two darlings at work for Vday:



On Vday itself, the boy took me out for a simple dinner cus it was exam the next day for me :(
Had Dinner at Paradise Inn, Marina Square.
Food was really awesome even though it was a tad more expensive than any other chinese restaurants.
Still, it was worth it!

Every year, I'm always looking forward to CNY because it's the only time when you get to spend together with close or distant family members . Though there may be some cases whereby you tend to entertain the usual irritable questions which you always hate to answer, CNY is still a joyous occasion especially for ppl like me who loves to wear new clothes! =D

CNY may have reminded me of past people who left us and can no longer join reunion dinner with us. But I know somewhere somehow, you're still watching us.

I hope all of you had a Happy New Year like how i did. :)

CNY EVE 2013.

Know it's abit lag, but well, I gotta bring myself back to blogging about Chinese New Year. (CNY).

CNY was rather abrupt for me this year because days before CNY itself, I went overseas to Nanjing, Jiangsu as you all know.

A few days after I came back, I gotta readjust myself to suit the festive atmosphere. 

As usual for CNY, I woke up early in the morning to help mummy with her household chores.
Thereafter, bathed and got myself ready to go to dear's grandma place for reunion dinner with his family and relatives. This year was at his auntie's place though.

Every CNY eve, I gotta be a glutton.
Cus after the meal with his family, we will make our way back to my home for second-round reunion dinner. #fatdieme.

After second-round dinner at my house, we headed out to Chinatown for some instillation of festive mood.

The crowd was atrocious.
There were so many people , it was so difficult to pass through even a small junction.
But of cus, we went there willingly with such expectations.

And because of the tremendous crowd, we put off the intention to watch fireworks.
However, we were so lucky because at 11.59pm, we were stuck at a spot where fireworks can be seen vividly!
