Xmas Decor!

This week was a super hectic week as it is the last week I am able to clear my office bound jobs before heading for my overseas business trip this coming Monday, 11 Nov 2013.

Then again, I was in-charge of putting up the xmas decor along with one my colleague.
It was an impromptu decision on Thursday to head out after lunch to Metro to purchase the new xmas tree and decorations. We were tired beat because Sengkang side ran out of the black tree we wanted and so we went over to Farrer park instead to collect the tree.

And yes, we bought a BLACK XMAS TREE! Unique max.

Rushed back to office to place the stuffs and I actually had Basic Theory Test that night and by the time I reached the office, it was already 6.30pm and I was hesitating whether I should be going back home for a bath before heading for the test.
Eventually, colleague and I decided to stay on in office to put up the decor!

We were super Pleased with the tree.

You see why later...

Little Xmas Tree at Conference Room

Bling Bling Star to hang at the doors

Top of the Xmas tree need not always be a Star isnt it? =D

My FAVOURITE DECOR on the tree has got to be this! Dreamy House.

Glittered Flowery Ball.

Golden Birdie with Eggs

Silver Glittered Birdie

Bird Cage

Blissful Xmas Tree that makes us feel happy and blessed!

And the series of dolls that we chose according to the hair length to represent each of us and they are now seated on the top of our table ledge. So cute right?!

Now that the decoration is up, I'm so looking forward to Xmas season again!
HOHOHO~
Whats more, I PASSED my BTT on first attempt that day!!! *throws confetti*

Gulps, before that, I gotta go on the overseas business trip to Guangzhou and then to Dongguan.
See ya folks till when I'm back... :)

On A Photo Journey - BetelBox to Gardens By The Bay to Bangkok Jam.

Instead of usual mundane shopping, I had a phototaking journey around Singapore together with my Uni besties last weekend.

We have discussed and Sof & Wira brought along their Canon DSLR while I brought along me lightweight Pink Canon Ixus 130. Was pretty amazed and pleased by my digi cam. It's not just an ordinary plain jane okays! See the photos later, especially those shots of natures, flowers and trees which are original from the cam, un-edited.

Had lunch at Betelbox @ Joo Chiat which is a Peranakan restaurant with beautiful layout concept.
You will know what I mean by seeing the photos below:

I love those sketches on the wall like it's vintage old memories drafted all over the place.

The signature home-made lemongrass that tastes superb authentic such that for someone like me who dont really fancy strong taste like ginger, i had to mix quite abit of syrup =X

And This is the AWESOME Laksa Goreng which i shared with Sof Sayang.
Had nv tasted something better than this. It costs only almost $11 and two persons can share this.
I wouldnt mind eating another plate of this if i was super hungry.
It goes well with their in-house sambal chilli as well!

We're on candid~

After lunch, we made our way back to the nearest MRT to head to Marina Bay.

While on the way to the station, Wira spotted some old streets and wanted to take a shoot.
We stopped and Sof captured this scene that looks as if Wira was knocked by a car doesn't it? haha.

Here we are, reached Marina Bay! :D

And I've decided to on the Sepia mode on my cam:

A Trip to Jiangsu (10days)

Woahs, been a tad too long since I last left my footprints here.

So it's time for me to get back on track again and update more often.
Time passed and in a wink, Chinese New Year is over!
Here comes March and my new semester is about to commence and I can't wait for June to come when all my school burden will be over and I will be going for my very own university graduation ceremony on October 2013.
Everything has just passed too fast, far too fast for me to really remember the hectic-ness of every single details.

Awhile back, I went to Jiangsu for my business trip with one my colleague.
It was a cold -4Degree Celsius when we landed at Nanjing Airport.
However, to Singaporeans like us who are so used to the scorching hot weather, we felt more of cooling that freezing cold =D

Some pictures taken during the trip, so let the peektures do the talking for awhile now:
